My name is The Jolt! a.k.a JOLT MAN, and I am a Rapper, Songwriter, Producer and Musician from CIncnnati Ohio. I keep releasing Music frequetly all the while studying how to market and promote myself so that way as new fans discover me, they have a new catalog of music me to really enjoy and sink their teeth into.

How does your background play into this song?
Answer:

My Background is starts from my family tree. My Father is a Musician and My Mother is a Author, I inherit both of their talents and have been able to blend both attributes for myself as an artist.  Also I'm a huge fan of Video Games, Particular the NBA and WWE 2K series which explains the album cover.  My goal for the song "CHAMPIONSHIP LEVEL" as well as the album alike was and is to convey the feeling of triumph and victory. It is to speak on being the best at anything that you do. For me, its not just the Rapping Ability thats on Championship Level, but also in life. To oeprate on championship level is to have this hunbger and desire for exccellence in everything you put your mind to. All the winners in life, whether they be athletes, entrepreneurs, actors, actresses or other artists, they all have this "go get it" mentality. That is What CHAMPIONSHIP LEVEL is all about.

What is your earliest memory of listening to music?
Answer:

My earliest Memories of Music are watching my Dad play the Drums at Church and just enjoying the music that played in the car. I come from a christian and goespel music household, so my earliest favorites that my dad would play included but were not limited to Fred Hammond, Kirk Franklin, Mary Mary, Israel Houghton and many more. As I got older my Mother Particularly, felt more comfortable playing other artists music around me, such as Michael Jackson, Beyoncè (which is how I got introduced to hearing Jay-Z for the first time) and other artists such as Robin Thicke, Ne-Yo, Mariah Carey, and Jill Scott. However ther turning point was when my Step Father would drive me to school and we would listen to the Russ Parr Morning Show on 101.1 the Wiz. The year is 2005 and that's when I started hearing songs particularly like Gold Digger by Kanye West and Fireman by Lil Wayne, as well as classics like Keep Ya Head Up by 2Pac and Juicy by The Notorious B.I.G

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?
Answer:

I Knew I wanted to be a Rapper back in High School when we would have Lunchroom Cyphers. All the other Kids knew I was funny, a bit of a class clown who got good grades, but they didnt know I could put words together the way I did. So hearing the reaction at school was when I started taking it seriously.
