Kilynda Perspective on Chains

My name is Kiara, stage name Kilynda. I'm very versitile with my music, however I primarily focus on RnB music.

Back when Music Choice was a thing, I remember watching music videos and listening to songs as early as five years old. I remember the joy it brought me to pick up a brush and pretend it was a microphone, singing and dancing in my livingroom and my family telling my parents that i'd be an amazing preformer

I officially began making music at the age of 18 in 2018. I knew i wanted to start making music, because I could connect to the artists by what they were saying and it was helping me navigate through life. That's how I knew that's what I wanted to do. Before that however, I was posting videos on facebook of me singing covers back in 2014 and I did recieve alot of good feedback- Two years later (2016) I decided to start songwriting, I didnt start recording my own music until 2018.

My music appeals to your soul. No matter what you're feeling in the moment of listening to any of my records, you can feel the emotion throughout the entire song and can relate to any situation you're in. I'm here for you, my songs are for you. Whether we've been through the same things or not, there's a little bit of everything in there for everyone.

So far , out of my catalog that's released- my favorite song is Count On Me. That record was created during a stormy part of my life, I was having a bad day- as most of us do- and i had to keep reminding myself that I have people in which im doing this for. That meaning, I have days where I don't feel okay, but I can't give up because people are counting on me to get the job done. My music feeds my family, me being here- it makes alot of people happy. Even on the days where that's hard to believe, that song reminds me that everything is going to be okay, bad days pass. Your people will always love and need you.

When im selling out stadium's and arena's- Thats when I know I'm absolutely living out my dream

If you know me, it's a no-brainer- My dream collaboration is Kehlani. As far as music inspirations, she is someone I hold near and dear to me because of how much her music has helped me throughout the years. It'll be a full circle moment once that happens for me.. maybe sooner than anyone thinks
