Who are you and what do you do?

Sh8kez is a unique hiphop artist with extraordinary rhyme writing abilities.

What is the most memorable response you've had to your work?

Answer:

"This track has a cinematic quality, like it's meant for the big screen."

How does your background play into this song?

Answer:

I was born in the beginging of Hip Hop's Golden Era. My family is from Newark, NJ where I was raised for 15 years. One of my favorite 90's era movies is Strictly Business. Starring my childhood crush Halley Berry. The theme song You Told Me by Jeff Redd and music video always brings me back. Now that I am a grown man that song insprided me to hold on to the ones I love and treat them like Vintage Designer fashion, with care and love. Now I am Sh8kez The Vintage Designer.

What is your favorite way of sharing your music?

Answer:

I am currently using United Masters and DisktroKid to distribute my music. I share reels, stories and post on Meta, Instagram, tiktok, and spotify.
