Who are you and what do you do?
Answer:

My name is Mark Miers aka Cubby James and I am the primary song writer and lead vocalist for the band. I also lend a hand or sometimes both, playing rhythm guitar and keys

Do you have one main reason driving you to continue making music?
Answer:

I truly believe the main reason driving me is to let people know that they are not alone. I was always inspired by a song or a music composition that picked me up when I was down, that talked about the same struggle I was shouldering my way through, or gave me insight on why things or people were the way they were. If one of my songs helps someone in some way, then I did what I set out to do when I wrote it in the first place.

What has been your scariest experience while pursuing music?
Answer:

Dealing with the war that is raging inside my head. It's usually responsible for creating the tsunami of fear that wants to drown you in the Ocean of Doubt.

Remember kids , those demons aren't real. They're all reflections of yourself

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?
Answer:

When I heard Iron Man by Black Sabbath. It prompted me to look into who they were which led to seeing live concert videos and I just knew I wanted to be like those people. I really believed I could be just like them for some reason. I didn't think that was delusional at all at the age of 12

What inspired this song?
Answer:

That one person or entity that you really truley believe you were meant to be with forever
