How has your sound and style evolved in the last 3 years?
Answer:

Over the last 3 years I feel as though my sound an unothrodox and I become more diverse. Always willing to dive in and try new sounds etc.

Who are you and what do you do?
Answer:

I go by PhenomBeats and I am an up & coming producer.

How does your background play into this song?
Answer:

Time is promised is what they say, so listening to the song you could notice 2 differentvibes from the track... more happy-ish kid of vibe to a "how to fix whatever needs to be fixed" kind of vibe. If that makes sense lol.

What is your earliest memory of listening to music?
Answer:

The mid 90's & 2000's was my earliest memories of listening to music.

What genres does this release play into?
Answer:

R&B

If you could go on tour with any artist, who would it be and why?
Answer:

If I could go on tour with any artist it would have to be key glock because he has a unique mindset. Very militant and I'm like a sponge always willing to soak up game from one of the greats.

Who is your dream artist or musician to collaborate with?
Answer:

The musician I would absolutey  love to collab with with have to be Timbaland. #OriginalInnovator

How would you describe your music to someone who has never heard it before?
Answer:

I would describe my sound as unique.

If you could attend a performance by any artist, dead or alive, who would you choose and why?
Answer:

If I could attend a performance by any artist, it would 50 cent, eminem, Dr. Dre because of the great business mindset that they all have and im sure they wouldnt mind teaching the business to those that'll listen.

What three words would you want your fanbase to use to describe you?
Answer:

PHENOMenal (lol), unique,  different.

Name three artists you’d like to be compared to.
Answer:

No one. I mean if other people want to make comparisons thats fine, Im wanting to create my own lane.

Do you have one main reason driving you to continue making music?
Answer:

Just my passion for music is what drive me. Its a great form of therapy for me.

What is the most significant lesson you've learned through being an artist?
Answer:

Is to never rush the process.. no matter what lane it is.

What role do you believe the artist has in our society?
Answer:

To conduct a good/great story that feel so real that the fans feel like they're part of the story

What jobs have you done other than being an artist?
Answer:

I worked retail, every form of a warehouse you can think of, and various fast food chains.

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?
Answer:

The moment in my life when I knew I wanted to become a producer is when I first joined band and someone asked me to mimic a song that they liked. #ProducerInTheMaking

If you could only listen to three artists for the rest of your life, who would you choose and why?
Answer:

Snoop Dogg, 50 cent, 2pac because of their style, their business savvy and the view s an outlook when it come to certain things, not just music.

What is your favorite song you have made, and why?
Answer:

Theres a song I have out now called "So Many Questions".. Im looking to re-push that song again very soon. That being my favorite one because it was a track I felt and still feel is worthy of someone like a Summer Walker's vocal blessing the music.

What is the most memorable response you've had to your work?
Answer:

I had a female R&B artist checkout songs and she absolutley said that my material is deserving of air play.

What production elements do you believe are necessary to making a great song?
Answer:

Overall you just have to have an creative imagination.

How many beats do you produce per month?
Answer:

At most I can say at least 40 beats possibly.

Answer:

I explore various themes when creating music.

Answer:

Word of mouth, any if not all social media platforms is my favorite way of sharing my music

 

What do you want people to feel when they listen to your music?
Answer:

When listening to my music, I want you to feel calm and relaxed.
