Who are you and what do you do?

Answer:

I'm Shane VanNest aka JayDead singer song writer multi instrumentalist and father of the most beautiful little boy Brody.

This is what I do I am an artist of many mediums.

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?

Answer:

Idk if I ever did decide or if it just came to be. I think art and expression is in all of us but the ability to do so comes from our will and want to do so. Maybe Idk I got theories and theories on top of more theories so let's move on lol.

If you could go on tour with any artist, who would it be and why?

Answer:

Ah soooo many but I think Travis Meeks of "days of the new" would be a cool set to open for I find alot of similarities in our styles and delivery which could also not be so great to mesh but also could be magic so yeah that'd be cool to set up if I ever could.

What is your favorite way of sharing your music?

Answer:

Live solo performances all stripped of effects and just me and an acoustic guitar thru a PA system it's super real and intimate you can feel the energy in the room become whatever inflection I decide to give each sound of the guitar or crack in my voice super powerful and vulnerable in the same moment.
