Iam Matthew Vintrell. Iam a Pop artist, Rapper, Singer, Songwriter

How does your background play into this song?

Answer:

Iam always on a voyage of love or atleast find myself in those moments. Iam also known as cupid. Love, romance, and heartbreak is what i know. Along with a few other things

What is your earliest memory of listening to music?

Answer:

I remember being Maybe 3 or 4 years old. My mom was outside the car and Montell Jordan, "This Is How We Do It" was playing.

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?

Answer:

When i was 8 there was a rock band in the neighborhood. I went by one day and they let me come in and listen. Then let me sing along on the microphone. On my way out they gave me a Michael Jackson, "Thriller" cassette tape. The rest is history.

What genres does this release play into?

Answer:

Pop. Afropop. House. Dance. Dancehall

How has your sound and style evolved in the last 3 years?

Answer:

Iam exploring a freeness these days. Not allowing certain thoughts to kill the creative process. I feel now i have my own sound and wont go into the "he sounds like" conversation

If you could go on tour with any artist, who would it be and why?

Answer:

The Weeknd, Taylor Swift, Lil Wayne, Lil Yachty, Lil Uzi Vert. I feel our style will compliment each other. And im a performer. I know my energy and image will fall perfectly with those artist's styles.
