Who are you and what do you do?
Answer:

I'm Justin JPaul Miller from Arlington Texas. In 2016 my world was turned upside down when I was diagnosed with M.S and idiopathic hypersomnia, a disease that causes extreme sleepiness. I've been on disability ever since. One day I came across a video of someone making beats from home and Lava Beat Productions was created. Making music saved me. 

What is your earliest memory of listening to music?
Answer:

I grew up listening to The Temptations. As I got older I listened to Tupac, Dr Dre, Snoop Dogg and Too Short! 

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?
Answer:

I was laying in bed and I was depressed because I didn't know what was next for me. Then I saw a YouTube video of a producer making music from home. At that moment I started teaching myself. 

What genres does this release play into?
Answer:

Cinematic hip-hop.

How has your sound and style evolved in the last 3 years?
Answer:

I just don't make loops I produce story telling songs that take you on a journey. 

How would you describe your music to someone who has never heard it before?
Answer:

Straight Fire. Instrumentals that you can listen to all day.

What do you want people to feel when they listen to your music?
Answer:

A connection into my world of love and pain. 

Who is your dream artist or musician to collaborate with?
Answer:

50 Cent and Wu-tang 

What is your favorite way of sharing your music?
Answer:

I like to share my music on all digital platforms so my music can reach as many people as possible.
