We hope you enjoy and please feel free to ask DJ Demmerneck anything!
Who are you and what do you do?
Answer:

My name is DJ Demmerneck and I make EDM and hip-hop music.

How does your background play into this song?
Answer:

Like watching my favorite show Yu-Gi-Oh! and listening to the them song of the battle city tournament.

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?
Answer:

Right after highschool

What genres does this release play into?
Answer:

EDM, dark pop

If you could go on tour with any artist, who would it be and why?
Answer:

Kaliii, Flo Milli, and Ppcocaine. Mostly because I love bad bitches and love empowering women.

I would go on tour with Calvin Harris as I listened to all of his songs since I heard his first song We Found Love with Rihanna. He is my idol. I would also love to go on tour with Subtronics since I love Dubstep music and Calvin Harris is more Progressive House.

How would you describe your music to someone who has never heard it before?
Answer:

If artists can make music of past than I can make music that sounds like the future or preparing for the future.

I also try to make my music where the song will get stuck in their head and will have dreams of the song or nightmares of the song if you enjoy that as well.

If you could attend a performance by any artist, dead or alive, who would you choose and why?
Answer:

Hard decision but any female rapper, or any dubstep, techno, progressive house artist.

Who is your dream artist or musician to collaborate with?
Answer:

Kaliii, Flo Milli, Glorilla, Ppcocaine, Subtronics, Skellytn, Hedex, Wooli.

What do you want people to feel when they listen to your music?
Answer:

Empowerment, opening their minds, and feelings over facts.

What is your favorite way of sharing your music?
Answer:

Sending people my landing page link.

What is your definition of success as an artist? How do you measure this success?
Answer:

Success means when you have won your first VMA award or Grammy Award

How do you plan on being a game-changer within your genre?
Answer:

Not be the same as other artists have done for the last 100 years.

What has been your scariest experience while pursuing music?
Answer:

Will I ever succeed and get noticed

If you could alter the music industry in any way, what would you change and why?
Answer:

Promoting someone's else's song in your social media video with or without permission from the artist or label maker. As I believe if I would pay 100 dollars to promote my video of another artist song and will not be receiving any money back from that 100 dollars I spend, not even a penny back.

I would also say paying an artist tons of money to be on a feature should be against money laundering laws.

Remakes of a song should only be allowed 30 years or more after the original song was distributed.

Name three artists you’d like to be compared to.
Answer:

Calvin Harris, Burden, and Kaliii

Do you have one main reason driving you to continue making music?
Answer:

Life is short and I try to get people to listen to my music as soon as possible. As the world may end sooner than we think it would.

What is your overarching goal as an artist?
Answer:

Being able to have fans to come up to me and ask me for a selfie, autograph, having a good conversation and wanting to hangout with me.

Has being an artist made your life lonely? How do you counteract this?
Answer:

So, I'm an introvert when I'm out in public but an extrovert online. So going up to people is very hard to do because I'm an introvert.
