Hi i am King Roddy i am a Singer/Songwriter and loves to make music.

How does your background play into this song?

Answer:

This song was written a long time ago but was actually recorded a few days before its release. If I'm being honest most of my songs stem from a dream I had the night before writing them or from past relationships of mines. The song "Ayo" was a song that's was both from a dream and past relationship of mines. Now when I say in my dream I don't mean the lyrics and music was made while I was sleeping lol, I mean the idea of what I should write about came in the form of a dream. In the dream it was about a boy trying convince this girl that it's more to a guy then just his height and how If he bagged a chick like you before he can most definitely bag you and for me i connected with that dream because I've always gotten comments about my height from females but them same females ended up dating me which is very ironic
