Kodybod Perspective on Rollercoaster

one time my metronone was on while recording vocals

Hey there, I'm Kodybod, emerging from the vibrant beats of Seattle, Washington, ready to make my mark in the world of rap. With every rhyme, every rhythm, I'm fueled by a relentless passion to turn my dreams into reality.
My motto? Simple: Keep flowin' and keep goin'. It's a mantra that drives me forward, pushing me to explore new depths of creativity and expression. In this fast-paced world, perseverance is key, and I'm here to show that dedication and authenticity can take you anywhere.
Through my music, I paint a vivid picture of life's highs and lows, love's twists and turns, and the struggles we all face. Each verse is a journey, each beat a heartbeat, pulsing with the raw energy of my experiences.
So join me as we ride the waves of sound and meaning, breaking boundaries and forging connections that transcend time and space. Together, let's keep flowin', keep goin', and create a legacy that resonates with the soul of every listener.

My background plays a significant role in shaping the message of "Rollercoaster." Growing up in Seattle, I've experienced firsthand the unpredictable nature of life's twists and turns. The city's vibrant culture, diverse communities, and ever-changing landscape have all influenced my perspective on resilience and perseverance.
"Rollercoaster" is a reflection of these experiences. It's a testament to the resilience of the human spirit, inspired by the highs and lows of my own journey. From overcoming personal challenges to navigating the complexities of the music industry, I've learned that every setback is an opportunity to grow stronger.
Through this song, I aim to inspire others to embrace life's rollercoaster ride, to keep pushing forward even when the odds seem stacked against us. It's a reminder that no matter how many loops or drops we encounter, the key is to hold on tight, keep going, and keep the show going on.

prob when i was born lol

In 2015, fresh out of high school, I confided in my grandma about my dream of becoming a rapper. At that time, I was living in Idaho, a place often dubbed as the Amish of the Pacific Northwest due to its limited access to technology and slow internet. Despite the challenges of my surroundings, the fire to pursue my passion burned brightly within me.
Fast forward to last spring in 2023, I found myself back in the bustling city of Seattle. It was then that I decided to give my dream a second chance. Returning to the vibrant music scene of the Emerald City reignited my determination to chase after what I love. With renewed energy and a fresh perspective, I embarked on a journey to turn my childhood aspirations into reality.
