Who are you and what do you do?

Answer:

I am a producer and artist from Kansas City, Mo.

How does your background play into this song?

Answer:

I was brought up in real gritty grimy neighborhood. Either you sold drugs or you were an athlete, I was both. The club scene is also real big here, so you got to get the ladies involved.

What is your earliest memory of listening to music?

Answer:

I was about 6 years old riding with my uncle. I heard this song called Blue Bird by RBL Posse. Didn't know what it meant then lol but it def makes sense now.

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?

Answer:

I say around 2006 in my theater arts class with Mr. Johnson at Raytown South High. He was so passionate and really pushed us towards anything that inspired us. Mines was poetry.

What genres does this release play into?

Answer:

Club/hip hop

How has your sound and style evolved in the last 3 years?

Answer:

I really just stopped caring what everyone else thought and just started making music that felt good to me.

If you could go on tour with any artist, who would it be and why?

Answer:

It would be Lil Wayne, he's been my idol since the hot boyz. His lyricism, styles, and technique place him well above everyone else.
