Who are you and what do you do?

Answer:

I'm Jay known as JayFrm DaBrooks of 19 years old. I'm an independent artist from Beaufort, South Carolina. I've been making music for 3 1/2 years now and 2024 I'm ready for takeoff🚀

How does your background play into this song?

Answer:

Growing up seeing a lot of things, around a lot of things and going through things make you wanna put it in a song, I most definitely did that.

What is your earliest memory of listening to music?

Answer:

I've been around music since I was a little boy. My old man was apart of a record called "Dirt Road Records" where he rapped and where he was a Dj.

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?

Answer:

I decided to make music about 3 years ago with one of my day ones just to play around but, I came to love it and ever since then I've been working.

What genres does this release play into?

Answer:

This song was my comeback from not dropping in a year and the genre it plays into ot trap/drill music. It was a purpose I stopped dropping, I wasn't confident in my craft so, I took a year to get it to perfection.

How has your sound and style evolved in the last 3 years?

Answer:

My craft has changed tremendously and I'm loving it.
