Oxidize Perspective on Rockstar
No it have enriched my life!
Everything in life inspire you to write sad, happy, drunk, sober. Love, hate. everything.
I would chage the rates of payment in the streaming services. Give the small bands a better chance, every play is a pay, everyone should have the opertunity to earn some money back so they can pay for expences at least. Why should the Streaming services earn a lot of money when the musicans can't.
And the peaple running the labels, I don't say every one is a croock, there is a lot of good people to, but some should't be in the possition of running a record label. I wount name any names. One word is Honesty!
Rockstar is a good example, it say it all! :)
Inspire, Make people feel good.
When people tell you that they like what you have done, and what it means to them.
As it get stuck in the brain, so you can't think of another song that you precisly heard, wan't to play it again!
A consert infront of the right audience and not to big, great sound, and it flows for every one in the band, noting breaks...
It's a hard question, I think we got a pretty high standard on all our songs, Rockstar is one of my favorites becauce it is a real good song. Think we got this one just right, production, push, heaviness, melodic, message, humor. Think it got it all.
Eddie Van Halen, did'nt come around to go to the earlier conserts when they are more heavy, it would been nice to se one live, and with David on vocals.
Oxidize sound is downtuned guitars pouding riffs with heavy harmonies combined with clean vocals remiding you of Bruce Dickinsson maybe some Halford. High pitch, nice melodies. Easy to listen to, easy to follow. Not to complicated.
My favorite, Alter Bride, yea, they are a compleate band with and unique sound, Myles Kennedy have and extra ordinary voice high pitch, lean and it melts your ears, comined with pounding riffs and harmonies and accompanied by good and insperienced drummer and bass player. Best there is!
Would be nice to go on tour with Dream Evil, fun, and same kind of music and audiance.
The sound is pretty mutch the same I think maybe a lite bit more melodic now when we got Johannes on vocals.
