My name is CheR'ee Valentine. Im an upcoming R&B artist here in atlanta. Music is truly my passion and its something that has always been a part of me
I decided to take music seriously in 2021. I was always involved in music in school including chorus where i learned to read and write music, talent shows, performed solos and even dance. You can say i always had a ear for it and the voice. I was a bit shy and everyone around me would say i sounded nice, i thought they were just being nice but i realized after being around musical influences that i truly needed to do what i generally enjoyed and had a passion for.
Growing up we listened to alot of old school music, i remember sitting in the backseat with my dad listening to Bel Biv DeVoe- Poison. It was the way they harmonized, their pitches and groove.
Wow this is really hard. We have so many musical talents that i listen to on a daily basis but if i truly had to choose it would be Jhene Aiko, Chris Brown and Alicia Keys. I chose jhene aiko because her melodic voice in every song is a vibe. Secondly, Chris Breezy has been a huge plethera of music. If you're like me, one day i want to listen to a afrobeat vibe, smooth R&B, an upbeat pop sensational song... need i say more. Lastly Alicia Keys, she's an overal icon in the R&B industry. I love her creativity and her music always takes me away.
