Kootie Hines Perspective on Dora

Im KOOTIE HINES and i'm a writer, rapper engineer and flm maker

When my kids were babies I used to freestyle off topic verses that made them laugh as well as ask questions. These songs I freestyled were always harmonized to the melodies of their favorite cartoons.

At the age of six, I had my Fisher Price record player that I used to Amii Stewart's - Knock On Wood over and over. I also loved my other record Monster Mash!

When I was 11 years old my older brother began rapping. My brother taught me how to rap by writing me one song then I was sold as I soon mastered his lyrics , not soon before picking up a pen an writing my own song. I've been in a love hate relationship with Hip-Hop every since

Hip-Hop

My level of inteligence has evolved and it shows through flow, creativity and topic of discussion.

I tend to teach through fictional themes, but at times I will teach through an autobiographical aspect of story telling.

Just listen to the words and try your best to relate, whether it be personal experience or fimiliarity towards someone you eirher know or has heard of.

I'm an artist who makes feel good music and for those evenings when the moon is full, I like to sing about humerous topics from a fantasy stand point. Sometimes I take a left turn and my alter ego "Blasta" will take you on a journey of fictional horror.

Michael Jackson, because Michael Jackson

I love each one of my songs equally. If I didnt love them first then the fans would never get a chance to judge them. My songs are for me and my soul, if someone else can benefit from me sharing part of me, then thats an edded benefit.

I want people to free, seen, heard and accepted when they listen to my music.

A private viewing of never before videos and performances that play on theater screen during my funeral. Thats actually thats Blasta's dream performance, my alter ego I mentioned before. As for me Kootie Hines, my dream performance would look more like a small club filled with loved ones as we all sing along to our favoroite Kootie Hines songs, but Karaoke performances.

I practice constantly

Success is loving what you do! and after having put in the hardest work to reach your goals of success, you feel like you haven't put in any work at all.

THE
REAL
DEAL

This is the best song I have heard in my life

I change the game by always staying fresh and never following trends even if I started the trend.

Artist are teachers, a role bestowed upon us whether we like it or not. This I beleive is our societal placement on earth

Iv'e been a wharehouse worker, a medical technician and 911 medic as well as a Respiratory therapist

Sometimes and only when the light is green and it is safe to go. I find my living in a metaphoric world of art. For me, I would define having an artistic outlook on life as a safe haven where one can go to escape thewhoas of every day life.

Making music is the times when Im not stressed

To be remembered
