Numbaz Bin Lit Perspective on Sweat

My artist name is Numbaz, I’m from NJ … I only been taking music serious for about a year. I have a clothing brand called “Bin Lit” , @binlitclothing on IG. I’m a hustler

My music has memories in it … Like 90% of the things said are inspired by real life events. We dont have to have similar backgrounds for you to be able to relate to my music. I’m also very versatile so you will hear different vibes depending on how I was feeling. I’m from Jersey so you will hear Jersey club vibes and drill from me.

My earliest memory of listening to music is kindergarten. We had made some hats in class that looked like cowboy hats . And when I got home my dad was watching a Micheal Jackson documentary. It was showing his concert and I couldn’t belie how the people were acting. It looked like 100,000 people at some of these concerts.
I remember them passing out and screaming. Seeing the moonwalk for the first time was crazy. By the end of the video I remember putting my hat on , spinning around then throwing my hat like Micheal.
I was a Micheal Jackson fan ever since … I didn’t start listening to rap music until 3rd grade but I had different phases with music . I was a big fan of Linkin Park and Jay Z’s collaboration. Which was the reason that I got into Jay- Z ‘s music then that led me to Kanye West.

Shortly after I moved to LA I ran into Lil Gotit and we ended up becoming good friends , he later introduced me to YSL and Lil Keed his brother and we clicked. I spent a lot of time with Keed leading up to his passing. Seeing how Young Thug, Gotit and Keed were able to provide for their friends and family inspired me to want to make music. I want to be able to help people and make a positive difference in as many peoples lives as I can.

Coming from Jersey I had a different vibe when I made music. When I moved to cali , I was exposed to the Atlanta , Detroit and Cali style of music. I think of my style of music like a melting pot .

If I could go on tour with any artist , I would have to say Future ,Young Thug or Drake… I feel like I would have the best experience. I’m imagining how involved the crowd would be.

My music is a story. It’s lyrical , there’s punchlines, metaphors, jokes … I’m never gonna just hop on the track and not show why I stand out.
