Who are you and what do you do?

Answer:

Mr.Franktastic is the professional name of composer and multi-instrumentalist producer Frank van Eis. A native of the Netherlands, the 27 year-old musician creates genre-defying music that combines elements of Pop, Jazz, House and EDM into a unique mix of positive vibes and mellow grooves.

What is your earliest memory of listening to music?

Answer:

Back in the days when I had the age of five years, I already enjoyed listenening music. I always got very excited when my parents turned on some music.

What genres does this release play into?

Answer:

Dance, Chill, Melodic House

How does your background play into this song?

Answer:

I always love to travel and when I was on holiday at Lefkas, Greece. I found then inspiration to create this beautiful song. The vibe embraces you with some mellow/chill synths, combining the beautiful sax to finished this fresh melodic track.

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?

Answer:

2,5 years ago

How has your sound and style evolved in the last 3 years?

Answer:

Within a few years I found myself a good groove to create the story in every song I made. I always try to create the vibe together and put hard work in every concept. I love to add strong melodic vibes to let the story in the song evolve. Since I started releasing music comparing to now, I still love to make music and hopefully let more people enjoy the music I make.

How would you describe your music to someone who has never heard it before?

Answer:

Melodic

Do you have a distinct way of making music, how do you work?

Answer:

I always try to embrace the vibe I would like to create and then finished up the project within 48 hours. If I can't make that, i will store the project to finish it up in the future or to have some more inspirsation when I make new music.

Do you prefer working alone or collaborating with others? How does this influence your sound?

Answer:

I would love to collaborate with everybody. More souls more joy.
