$tevo Perspective on POTIONS

My name is $tevo and I am a many of many talents, but with a passion for music that overpowers everything else. I am a very committed and dedicated artist and I am ready to build a cult following. Once you get to know the real me you'll understand why I do what I do. It's all for the love of the music, how it always should be. 

I was raised around all kinds of music, I never had any family members activley make music but they have taught me everything I need to know. I used to come home from school and scroll on YouTube for hours just listening to music. Then one day I thought maybe I can make the songs I want to hear, because I could never find a song that truly satisfied me. I didn't think I could actually do it at the time but I managed to find a way to make it happen. 

From the moment I was born, music is revolutionary and universally loved no matter what genre, everyone has a song that they enjoy. So the earliest memory I have of listening to music, is the earliest memory I have of even existing. 

When I was around the age of 13, I knew that this was the only thing that truly connected with my soul, and since then I haven't found another thing I am so passionate about. 

I would say this plays into the Alternative rap/melodic rap genre. I don't like limiting my sound to one specific genre so really it is whatever the people declare it to be. 

I have spent hours, and hours, and hours of practice in order to get to where I need to be. No matter what anyone says practicing excessivley is a very good thing for your music career. I spent countless of sleepless nights writing music and perfecting my craft, and I still have so much longer to go. If you are on a similar path, don't be afraid to put in extra time in order to get better, because if you truly love music, it will not feel like a job or a chore, it will feel like a duty.
