Krystl is a well-known female singer and songwriter in the Dutch music industry. In 2009 she was signed by Universal Music.
Her career skyrocketed in 2010 with her hit single Golden Days.
Continuing making pop songs, the singer released two solo albums with radio hits like: Bottles, Fool For You, Golden Days and Circles. These songs provided the renowned Edison Award, a 3FM Award and a Buma Award.
Krystl headlined several club tours, performed at the North Sea Jazz Festival and Concert at SEA and performed duets with musical icons Marco Borsato and BLØF.
In 2017, the electronic single Losing My Head was instantly crowned NPO Radio 2 Top Song. Krystl also released a Dutch song Blond & Braaf and several covers: Let It Be, Make You Feel My Love, Let It Go and Luv U More.
Her Christmas single Wonderful Time has now been played more than one and a half million times on Spotify.
In 2018 Krystl founded a new country/pop trio The BlueBirds together with Elske de Wall and Rachèl Louise. They released their album Sisters, followed by multiple successful club- and theater shows through the Netherlands. In 2021 The BlueBirds have become a collective.
They’ve currently collaborated with nine different female Dutch artists on their new album Great Big World (release date October 18th, 2021).
Krystl’s new single Who Gave You The Right will be released on February 4th and will be followed by an EP in June 2022.
