Formed in 2013 via e-mail file sharing, BNQT (pronounced "banquet") is a band made up of members of well-established British and American indie rock groups Band of Horses, Franz Ferdinand, Travis, Midlake, and Grandaddy. It features all of those bands' lead singers: Ben Bridwell, Alex Kapranos, Fran Healy, Eric Pulido (who approached the others), and Jason Lytle, respectively. Reliably melodic and guitar-driven, their debut single, "Restart," was released in January 2017.
